PRESCHOOLERS WITH SELECTIVE MUTISM: TRANSITIONING TO SCHOOL
Our next seminar is an evening 1.5-hour seminar about strategies to help preschoolers with selective mutism transition to school. Transitioning to school is a stressful time for most children with selective mutism and specific strategies that target this period can help to generalise any gains in their communication to their new teacher and classroom. This seminar is suitable for preschool and kindergarten teachers, learning support teams, school psychologists, and parents who have a child in preschool transitioning to school in 2020.
Date:Wed 18th September 2019
Time:6 - 7.30pm
We run seminars about other various topics related to Selective Mutism at different times throughout the year. The topics of these seminars are listed below. Sign up (above) to be notified about future seminars.
