ONLINE RECORDING ORDERS
Once payment has been received, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your webinar through our online learning platform. Your purchase includes one enrolment with 4 weeks of access to the course, including the webinar recording, downloadable handouts, quizzes and additional learning resources (where applicable). Please allow up to 24 business hours for your enrolment details to be emailed to you.
USB ORDERS / SHIPPING
$10 postage Australia-wide. A $20 flat rate applies to international orders. The webinar can only be played from the USB. Files are unable to be copied from the USB to other media.
LIVE WEBINAR ORDERS
The live webinar will be run on Zoom, and a link will be sent in the days prior to the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers have 30 days to return physical products (USBs) for exchange only if damaged.
