ONLINE RECORDING ORDERS
Once payment has been received you will be sent a link for one organiser licence, allowing attendees to watch the recording with the organiser. The link remains active for a 4-week period. You will need to provide an email address that you can log onto Google/Youtube with (NB. hotmail addresses do not work). Please allow up to 24 business hours for details of the access to be emailed to you.
USB ORDERS
The webinar can only be played from the USB. Files are unable to be copied from the USB to other media.
LIVE WEBINAR ORDERS
The live webinar will be run on Zoom, and a link will be sent in the days prior to the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers have 30 days to return physical products (DVDs/USBs) for exchange only if damaged.
